Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused RN to work on our Weekend shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home healthcare, with experience in wound care, acute care, and med-surg. As a Weekend RN, you will be responsible for client assessment, care planning, intervention, and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one care to patients in their homes, utilizing cutting-edge technology and clinical knowledge to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough client assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide ongoing supervision and support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience, with a strong background in home healthcare.
- Home healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong computer and technology skills required.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, and adhere to the Compliance Program.
Home Care, Wound Care, Acute Care, Med-Surg, ICU Stepdown, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room experience preferred.
