  5. Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or predictive analytics.
  6. Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI effectively.
  7. Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, as well as SQL.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
  2. Applying statistical methods to tackle significant business challenges.
  3. Creating predictive and prescriptive models to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Establishing sustainable data science frameworks that can scale with business needs.
  5. Partnering with leadership to define business challenges and implement AI and ML solutions.
  6. Working alongside product and development teams to integrate AI/ML outputs into internal systems.
  7. Monitoring and reporting on the incremental impact and ROI of AI/ML initiatives.
  8. Keeping abreast of industry advancements in AI and ML.
  9. Effectively communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
