Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate to join our team at The Residence at Otter Creek. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist residents with medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage residents in meaningful interactions and activities, promoting socialization and cognitive stimulation.
  • Monitor residents' needs and preferences, reporting any changes to the RN or designee.
  • Assist with laundry, cleaning, and other household tasks as needed.
  • Participate in on-going training programs and maintain certification as required by State Regulation.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent training/experience.
  • CPR and First Aid training.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
