Critical Care Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Critical Care Nurse Leader to join our team at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital. As a Critical Care Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our ICU unit and overseeing the care of our patients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Certification as a CCRN or other relevant certifications is preferred. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
- Lead the daily operations of the ICU unit, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Supervise and mentor nurses to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication among staff members.
