Job Summary

North American Lighting Inc., a leading automotive exterior lighting manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing department.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting production targets.
  • Schedule and manage workload, allocating resources effectively to meet manufacturing requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related issues and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Associate degree in a business or technical field related to manufacturing, with experience in JIT production systems, TPM, and Kaizen implementation.
