The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing tasks related to accounts payable and receivable, as well as inventory management.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • No supervisory duties.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates accounts payable invoices, assigns vendor identification numbers, and ensures accurate accounting codes are applied.
  • Inputs vendor details into the financial software system; confirms the accuracy of entered invoice data.
  • Processes payments to vendors as authorized.
  • Handles routine monthly payments as sanctioned.
  • Addresses vendor inquiries by investigating account details.
  • Compiles monthly inventory management reports.
  • Undertakes additional tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fundamental knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adhere to both verbal and written directives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
  • Familiarity with accounting software systems.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, with some coursework in bookkeeping. An associate's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
