The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering precise and effective clerical support to the staff and management of the Rothrock Forest District. This role will also serve as the training coordinator for the district, ensuring that all personnel receive the essential training required for their roles. As the initial point of contact for the district, the candidate will provide welcoming and professional assistance to the public.
Key details regarding this position include:
- Full-time employment
- Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break
- Occasional overtime may be necessary for specific responsibilities, including seasonal office duties and emergency situations
- Travel may be required for training sessions and meetings
- Compensation: New hires will commence with an annual salary of $35,306 (before taxes)

Essential Experience and Training:
- At least six months of experience as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
- High school diploma; or
- A combination of relevant experience and training.
- Must fulfill the Pennsylvania residency requirement.
