Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and organize internal work for healthcare projects throughout all phases, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Perform construction administration services in the region, working closely with external consultants and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to perform QA/QC and technical reviews, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Act as a backup to the Principal in Charge for client communications, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that client needs are met.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and mentoring opportunities to improve efficiency and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in production and/or construction administration of architectural projects, with at least three years of experience in healthcare projects under the jurisdiction of HCAI.
  • Minimum BArch degree and architectural licensure, with LEED accreditation considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in software applications including Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365.
