Job Description

Shanty Creek Resorts is seeking a Golf Pro Shop Professional to join our team. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations of the pro shop, and supporting the overall guest experience at our award-winning golf courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations of the pro shop, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on golf equipment, apparel, and merchandise.
  • Manage retail sales transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Act as a resort ambassador, promoting upcoming events and tournaments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in golf pro shop operations.
  • Strong knowledge of golf, including PGA rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and golf management software.
