About the Role

As an Advanced Practice Nurse - Infusion Therapy Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing expert infusion therapy services. This is a full-time position with 36 hours of work per week, offering a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Administer medication and monitor patient responses
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of employment
  • Experience in infusion therapy or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
