Job Summary:

This Technical Product Manager position requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to manage and oversee the development, execution, and optimization of digital product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience working with cross-functional teams to define and deliver complex product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and document user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria for AEM-related product features.
  • Ensure rigorous testing, quality assurance, and product validation, particularly for AEM-specific modules and integrations.
  • Continuously assess product performance, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to post-launch iteration and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar product management role, with a focus on web technologies.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including content management, web development, and AEM-specific tools and features (e.g., Sites, Assets, Forms, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, CMS, and eCommerce technologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, marketing) to define and deliver complex product solutions.
  • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept through delivery and iteration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $140,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $180,000/year in our highest geographic market, depending on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation include medical, vision, and dental benefits.
