HQ Aero Management Inc. is seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with expertise in fixed-wing aircraft maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Director of Maintenance
  • Perform installation, repairs, modifications, and routine servicing on aircraft
  • Ensure compliance with company safety protocols
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned
  • Work on King Air and various general aviation aircraft

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid A&P License with 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Beechcraft, Cessna, Piper, Caravan, or turboprop aircraft
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with design techniques
  • Possession of a Standard Aviation Tool Kit

Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Contract position
  • Shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
  • Availability for 2nd shift as required
  • Flexibility to work either shift is essential

Essential Duties:

  • Inspect, test, repair, maintain, and service aircraft
  • Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals
  • Modify aircraft structures as necessary
  • Examine and inspect engines and other components
  • Conduct tests on engine and system operations
  • Service and maintain various aircraft systems

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents
  • Basic arithmetic skills for calculations
  • Apply common sense to follow instructions
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Physical Requirements: Capability to use hands, sit, walk, talk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, hear, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work Environment: Exposure to diverse conditions
