Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contracts, including procurement, estimating, and change orders.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, including tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with budget.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, including tracking progress and identifying potential delays.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality project delivery, including monitoring and controlling quality standards.
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety plans, including monitoring and controlling safety risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
  • Experience: 5+ years of construction experience, including project management and leadership roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling, and estimating.
  • Travel: Occasional travel required (1-3 days per month).
  • Certifications: Valid Driver's License with positive motor vehicle report.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
