We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage guest communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any guest concerns.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software, and experience with property management systems (PMS) and other hotel-related technology.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to be flexible in response to changing business needs.
