Patient Food Services Director

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Food Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in O'Fallon, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient food services strategies based on medical direction and patient population needs.
- Lead and develop a team of patient service staff, ensuring they meet patient satisfaction goals and comply with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal food preferences are met within guidelines of the diet order limitations.
- Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs.
Requirements:
- Associate degree with one year of work experience in food services or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in food service technology/management or a related field.
- Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian, preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in food service management in an acute care setting, preferred.
- ServSafe certification, desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records, and diet office systems.
