The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fitness principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement personalized fitness plans that meet members' unique needs and goals
  • Conduct fitness assessments, provide guidance on proper equipment usage, and offer support during workouts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, certifications, and best practices to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with members to set and achieve fitness goals, providing ongoing support and motivation
  • Fulfill administrative requirements, including record-keeping and data entry

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of personal training experience
  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification
  • CPR and AED certification
  • Knowledge of fitness principles, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design
  • Ability to perform aerobic activities and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field

Compensation

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with opportunities for incentive pay based on personal production.
