Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Center Manager to join our team at GCyber. As a key member of our NOC team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of our network and related systems.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring network performance, identifying potential security risks, and implementing measures to mitigate them. You will also perform data backups and disaster recovery operations, as well as maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring network performance and identifying potential security risks
  • Implementing measures to mitigate security risks and ensure network availability
  • Performing data backups and disaster recovery operations
  • Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT infrastructure and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position. You should also have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and hold active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners is preferred. You should also have hands-on experience troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT business systems and skills in configuring CISCO Switches and routers.
