About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Facilitator to join our team at Elevo. As a Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading social-emotional learning and enrichment activities for TK/K-6th grade students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Engaging Lessons: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social-emotional learning and enrichment activities, including STEAM.
  • Manage Student Behavior: Effectively manage student behavior, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Support Student Learning: Assist students with homework completion and snack distribution, while promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Work effectively with staff and administrators to ensure seamless program implementation and student success.
Requirements
  • Experience Working with Children: 1-2 years of experience working with TK/K and/or elementary school kids, preferably in an educational or coaching setting.
  • Education and Training: Must have completed at least 48 college credits and be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from program locations.
  • COVID-19 Protocols: Willingness to follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by the school.
