The Role:

The Milk Makeup Sales & Events Specialist serves as a freelance representative for the brand, focusing on our partnerships with Sephora. We are in search of a dedicated brand ambassador, knowledgeable in the beauty sector, and a creative problem solver. The ideal candidate should excel in education, be sales-oriented to foster business growth in Philadelphia, and be highly committed to brand initiatives while enhancing brand recognition and loyalty.

Please note this is a part-time position.

What YOU'll do:

  • Achieve Daily Sales Targets
  • Maintain brand image and operational excellence
  • Report merchandising and inventory concerns to management
  • Provide updates to the Regional Sales & Education Executive after each engagement
  • Enhance brand visibility, recognition, and loyalty by cultivating relationships with Sephora leadership and Beauty Advisors
  • Educate Sephora Beauty Advisors on new product launches
  • Proactively engage with clients in-store
