Position Overview

At Garden of the Gods Resort and Club, we are seeking a skilled Nail Care Specialist to deliver exceptional nail and salon services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer services aligned with the standards of a licensed Nail Technician.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a resort, club, or day spa setting is required.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Licensing: Must possess a valid State of Colorado Cosmetology and/or Nail Technician License, having completed the required 350-hour manicurist course.

Communication:
  • Daily: Interact with Spa Concierge and Management.
  • Weekly: Collaborate with Spa and Salon Management.
  • Occasionally: Engage in one-on-one coaching sessions.
Team Collaboration: This role necessitates ongoing teamwork and communication across departments.

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing, walking, and manual dexterity.
  • Occasional lifting of weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination.
Work Environment:

Work primarily indoors with potential exposure to various environmental factors. Responsibilities may require movement throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors.
