Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments, develop, and implement individualized plans of care
  • Administer medications and treatments according to hospital policy
  • Delegate tasks to non-licensed staff as needed
  • Provide pre- and post-operative patient care
  • Collaborate with the care team to facilitate discharge plans
Requirements
  • 1 year of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
  • Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
