Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Professional to join our team at Diversified Maintenance in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities
The Maintenance Professional will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This will include:
- Dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Cleaning entire restrooms, restocking supplies as needed, removing trash, and ensuring all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area.
- Sweeping and/or wet mopping floors to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
