Johns Hopkins Medicine is a leading clinical and educational health institution, delivering specialized pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents facing complex medical challenges. With a significant portion of our 259-bed teaching hospital dedicated to intensive care services, we serve as the primary pediatric referral center for the western region of Florida. Community hospitals and physicians rely on us for the management of critically ill patients and intricate surgical interventions.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The physical therapist (PT) is tasked with delivering high-quality clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team within the hospital and/or designated outpatient care facilities. The PT is expected to demonstrate proficiency in assessment and treatment, applying value-based care and evidence-informed practices. Clinical evaluations will be conducted by the Rehab Regional Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Valid license to practice physical therapy in Florida
