Motivated SLPA Wanted for School Setting

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team at Soliant.
About the Role:
- This position is ideal for an individual who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to conduct screenings and assessments to identify communication disorders.
- Implement therapy activities and interventions under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
- Support students, either individually or in small groups, to enhance speech, language, voice, and fluency skills.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans in coordination with the supervising SLP.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with the supervising SLP, teachers, parents, and other team members.
- Contribute to the preparation and organization of therapy materials and resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Completion of a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) program.
- State certification or licensure as required by regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow guidance from licensed professionals.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and location.
