At Behavioral Concepts, we're seeking a skilled Autism Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing oversight and supervision for your team and clients
  • Mentoring and supporting behavior technicians
  • Writing reports and conducting clinical reviews
  • Attending monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision
  • Conducting regular parent/caregiver trainings
  • Treating the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority

Your Role in Our Team

As a BCBA, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other professionals to deliver exceptional care. You will have access to experienced local clinical leadership and support, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or higher
  • BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills
