As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, develop critical thinking and assessment skills, and utilize a wide range of clinical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care, focusing on orthopedic and neurosurgical patients
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient needs and prioritizing care
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Capacity to stand and walk for prolonged periods
