The DC Loader plays a critical role in our operations, responsible for timely, accurate, and safe loading and transporting of product onto outbound trailers. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading outbound trailers accurately and safely.
• Using RF scan guns to load and unload trailers with scan gun technology.
• Unloading pallet trailers or cross-dock trailers for other DCs and allocating freight to the proper location.
• Maintaining high-quality and production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Excellent team interaction and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.

Physical Demands:

• Lifting up to 80 pounds for 8-12 hours daily.
• Ability to repetitively lift, bend, carry, and push.
• Good visual acuity and ability to communicate effectively.
