Job Description

A DC Loading Specialist is responsible for timely, accurate, and safe loading and transporting of product onto our outbound trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for loading outbound trailers accurately and safely
• Responsible for using RF scan guns to load and unload trailers with scan gun technology
• Responsible for unloading any pallet trailers or cross-dock trailers for other DCs and allocating freight to the proper location
• Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly
• Need to be able to lift 50-80 Lbs. for 8 to 12 hours daily
• Needs to follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment as well as keeping the work area clean of all debris
• Needs to be flexible and work in multiple areas as business dictates

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient

Machines and Equipment Used:

• Forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
