Senior Program Management Analyst for Governance and Biodefense

About the Role:
ANSER is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Management Analyst for Biodefense Governance to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our team, you will provide program management support to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs (OASD(NCB)).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the oversight, planning, and execution of Biodefense Council meetings.
- Establish and maintain workplans for the Biodefense Council.
- Lead the coordination of Biodefense Governance taskings within the OASD(NCB).
- Develop and implement protocols and standard operating procedures for Biodefense Council products, such as read-aheads, meeting agendas, talking points, etc.
- Integrate Biodefense Council products and taskings and support coordination within the Department of Defense.
- Perform content review of all Biodefense Council products.
- Coordinate staff actions originating from the OASD(NCB) related to the Biodefense Council.
- Support the administration and scheduling of Biodefense Council meetings, as needed.
Requirements:
- Possess an active Top Secret/Secret/Clearance (TS/SCI) security clearance.
- Must have a Master's degree and 15+ years of related experience OR 23+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Experience working with and briefing senior Department of Defense leaders.
- Adept at communicating and distributing information at all levels within an organization.
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 Suite, including Teams and SharePoint.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working on biodefense efforts within the Department of Defense.
- Experience working in support of Department of Defense Governance bodies.
- Experience using the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
