About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AP Clerk to join our team at LVHN - Mack. As an AP Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare operations by managing paper mail, importing invoices, and performing light data entry.

Responsibilities:

  • Open, sort, and import paper mail
  • Import invoices from email to designated program
  • Perform light data entry, entering invoice data into the system

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • COVID & FLU vaccination proof required
  • Full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation
