The Human Resources department plays a pivotal role in fulfilling the talent requirements of our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive talent acquisition support across various business sectors. Your primary focus will be on identifying both external and internal candidates who align with our hiring needs. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers alike.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the interview scheduling process, coordinating in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and hiring teams, including all associated meetings such as debriefs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Program Manager on campus recruitment initiatives, participating in career fairs and assessing potential entry-level and intern candidates.
  • Assist in the administration of the summer intern program in conjunction with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Handle confirmation and follow-up communications with candidates regarding their recruitment status via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate job descriptions and compensation details within all relevant systems.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager with the management of the employee referral program, recruitment marketing efforts, vendor relations, and budgeting.
  • Provide recruiting assistance to Senior Recruiters based on workload and capability.
  • Review resumes from various sources to determine candidates for next steps, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and make recommendations to Recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Process invoices and Purchase Orders for the Talent Acquisition/HR team as necessary for various expenses.
  • Generate and maintain reports to support the Talent Acquisition team, along with additional ad hoc reporting as required.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations, ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate the internal recruitment process as needed to guarantee a top-tier experience for internal candidates.
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Experience in talent acquisition is essential, with 1–2 years preferred.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring across various disciplines is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and suggestions clearly.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse functional groups and employee levels to achieve effective results.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks within designated timeframes through effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $33.50 per hour. The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on several factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
