Village Caregiving of Lansing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide daily living assistance to individuals in their homes in Grand Rapids, MI.

This part-time, hourly position involves providing personalized care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes, following their individualized care plans
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as well as light housekeeping tasks
  • Provide companionship and socialization to clients
  • Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate parties

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights if needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
