We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Writer to join our dynamic team as AI Documentation Specialist. As part of our high-caliber team, you will establish and implement documentation strategies for product documentation, creating high-quality technical documentation and webpages for Versa Networks software and hardware products. You will lead initiatives to improve documentation accessibility and user experience through AI-powered tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Establish and implement documentation strategies for product documentation
• Create high-quality technical documentation and webpages for Versa Networks software and hardware products
• Lead initiatives to improve documentation accessibility and user experience through AI-powered tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Implement AI-driven solutions for content creation, translation, and maintenance of technical documentation
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance and streamline the documentation process

**Requirements:**
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to quickly come up to speed on Versa Networks products and technologies
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and their applications in technical writing
• Experience in establishing documentation strategies across a company, particularly in startup environments
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content generation, editing, and optimization
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with different functional teams across geographies
