Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and management of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care and services to residents
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely communication of resident changes and requests
- Identify and report occurrences, and develop/implement improvement plans as necessary
- Partner with the administrator and other team members to maintain resident and team member health and safety
- Oversee infection control practices and ensure the safe and efficient distribution/administration of medications, injections, and nebulizers
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Current state license as a Licensed Professional Nurse
- Two (2) years' experience as a Licensed Nurse in assisted living, home health, or long-term care industries
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office
