We're seeking a Call Center Supervisor for our Orlando Center that will be the backbone of our marketing success. They will be required to have an exceptional "Can Do" attitude and be results-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 15 on-site Call Center Representatives
- Create and implement inbound & outbound call center strategies, and set targets
- Track employee results, provide feedback, and guide them to improve
- Hire and train new employees, and coach them on how to serve our customers best
- Create schedules to keep employees busy and avoid downtime
- Answer questions, and guide employees through difficult calls
- Ensure a friendly and motivating culture
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Ensure employees adhere to the company's policies and procedures
- Be flexible to work weekends and evening schedule
Benefits:
- $50,000 salary plus annual bonuses

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's preferred

- Experience with CRM systems, automated dialers, reporting, and omnichannel communication
- Proficient with MSO Suite including Excel
- Be an Example through Leadership
- Ability to Multitask, Problem solve & work with a hands-on approach
- Performance Evaluations for your team
- Inside sales experience is a bonus
- Reliable transportation to work
- Must pass a Background Check & Drug Test
