Key Responsibilities:

  • Find solutions, teach in context, and read others to drive business results.
  • Effectively listen, anticipate, and communicate with partners, senior management, and district staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Positively lead, motivate, and teach Stewart's tools and solutions at weekly shop meetings to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Initiate candid and honest conversations with others to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Perform shop duties, including preparing food, scooping ice cream, processing customer transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Create schedules based on the needs of the business and partner availability to ensure optimal staffing levels.
