• Occasionally visit job sites to troubleshoot issues that cannot be resolved remotely.

• Engage in industry organizations, trade shows, and conferences.

• Be available for after-hours customer calls and occasional shop openings.

• Process warranty claims as needed.

• Provide reports or additional tasks to the Branch Manager as requested.

• Supply customers with product brochures or catalogs.

• Inform customers about the full range of products and services offered by the company.

• Conduct post-sales follow-ups as necessary.

• Offer technical support, including monitoring shipping and delivery statuses.

• Recommend products based on customer interests and needs.

• Assist customers by addressing and resolving complaints or forwarding them as appropriate.

• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and suppliers to address issues as they arise.

• Work with various departments to answer inquiries (e.g., factory, warranty, finance).

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Plumbing experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in learning Eclipse software.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong critical thinking skills to identify alternative solutions.

• Mathematical reasoning skills to apply appropriate methods for problem-solving.

• Capacity to prioritize workload effectively.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Maintain professionalism and patience while managing a busy workload.

• Strong organizational skills are essential.

Equipment Utilized

• PC, Calculator, Fax, Telephone, Photocopier, and Forklift.

Work Environment

• Standard warehouse setting with exposure to varying weather conditions.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
