Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at McCormack Partners Ltd in Tallahassee, FL. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company with unlimited opportunities for growth and development.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the operations of our newly established Tallahassee region, shaping the growth and foundation of this branch and positioning themselves as an essential part of its achievements and future success. Key responsibilities include answering service-related phone calls and collecting data, providing relevant information in a timely and accurate manner, scheduling roof-related work orders for the service department, and communicating with crews and clients via phone and email.
