Job Description
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Patient Advocacy Specialist to coordinate patient care and provide administrative support to department physicians and staff.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a medical clinical office and previous experience as a patient registration associate or Administrative Assistant.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating patient appointments, including office, specialists, testing, pre-operative, post-operative, procedural, and/or surgical appointments.
  • Serving as a liaison between patients, families, health care teams, and community resources.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to physicians/department, including answering telephones, relaying messages, and transmitting information.
