Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Assistant Nurse Manager. This position operates on a full-time variable shift schedule.
Incentives: A hiring bonus of $8,000 is available for eligible external candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and conditions for payment, in addition to an excellent benefits and compensation package that commences on your first day of employment.
Role Responsibilities:
The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality and provision of nursing services within a designated department, aligning with the overarching goals of Providence Health & Services System and Regional objectives. This role emphasizes the importance of delivering optimal patient care while ensuring staff, patient, and physician satisfaction, as well as fostering collaborative relationships with other departments and professional groups. A strong focus on patient-centered care and safety for both staff and patients is essential, as the Assistant Nurse Manager develops and upholds standards and systems for care delivery.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- National Certification from ANA or a relevant Professional Organization upon hire.
- Six years of nursing experience with a background in progressive leadership roles.
