We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Flint Hills Pain Management. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients, including health coaching and behavioral health support.
  • Conduct physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, and limited medication prescriptions.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and best practices in healthcare to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and other nurses, to ensure patient care is coordinated and effective.
  • Conduct utilization reviews to ensure that patients are receiving the most appropriate care for their conditions.
  • Utilize coding and electronic health records to document patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health and wellness topics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Administer botulinum toxin treatments as needed.
Requirements
  • A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
  • A current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state where you will be practicing.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or a related certification.
  • Experience working with complex medical conditions.
  • Experience with airway management.
  • Experience with health coaching and behavioral health support.
  • Familiarity with coding and electronic health records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting health and wellness in the community.
