We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Specialist to join our team at YouFit Gyms. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our members.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Clean and maintain all floors, including mopping and using a backpack vacuum
* Detail locker rooms, including showers, restrooms, saunas, and locker areas
* Clean all gym equipment, which may involve tilting machines with a partner
* Maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor

#### Requirements

* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic

#### Physical Demands

The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by a team member to perform the essential functions of this role successfully. While performing the duties of this role, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely an active role with some bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and stooping required.
