About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will have the chance to:

  • Evaluate and manage patients with complex cardiac conditions, including electrophysiology and arrhythmia management.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and procedural interventions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • A Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification or a Registered Nurse license with a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) certification.
  • Experience in cardiac care, electrophysiology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients and tasks.
