Responsibilities

We're seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Radiologist to join our team at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and pathologists. As a Cardiothoracic Radiologist, you'll be responsible for interpreting imaging studies, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality patient care.


  • Collaborate with a team of experts to provide comprehensive care for patients with cardiovascular and thoracic conditions.
  • Interpret imaging studies, including CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, to diagnose and treat a range of conditions.
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to discuss patient cases and develop treatment strategies.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects to advance the field of cardiothoracic radiology.

Qualifications
  • Board certification in diagnostic radiology.
  • Fellowship training in cardiothoracic radiology or a related field.
  • Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington.
  • Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority.
