Cardiothoracic Radiologist Opportunity

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Radiologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a member of our radiology department, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and pathologists to provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret imaging studies, including CT, MRI, and ultrasound scans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide diagnostic and interventional services
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Teach and mentor medical students and residents in the radiology residency program

Requirements:

  • Board certification in diagnostic radiology
  • Fellowship training in cardiothoracic radiology or a related field
  • Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington
  • Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority
