Hope is currently looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician to enhance our team. This role focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges across various age groups, all under the guidance of our Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ABA therapy strategies tailored for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Engage in effective communication with families and guardians to discuss client progress and development.
- Assist in the documentation of session data and support clients in reaching their communication and educational objectives.
- Contribute to the planning and organization of therapeutic activities.
- Achieve RBT certification within a specified timeframe.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Pass a comprehensive background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
- Possession of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
