We are currently seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology Infusion Team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families affected by cancer.

As an Oncology Infusion Nurse, you will have the chance to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other nurses. Together, you will provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing chemotherapy and other cancer treatments.

\

This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling options available, including 10-hour shifts. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering chemotherapy medications, monitoring patients' vital signs, and documenting patient information.\
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for patients.\
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on self-care practices, medication management, and symptom control.\
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.\
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in oncology and infusion therapy.\
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.\
  • Contribute to departmental goal-setting and performance improvement initiatives.\

Requirements:

  • Current WA State RN license.\
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.\
  • One or more years of oncology and chemo experience preferred.\
  • IV infusion experience a plus.\
