Join Our Team as a Home Care Aide/Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide/Caregiver to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. As a Home Care Aide/Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with meal planning and preparation
  • Monitor clients for changes in condition and report any concerns to management
  • Administer medication as directed by clients' healthcare providers
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Home Care Aide License (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
