About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Phase 1 Recovery department at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth transition for patients from surgery to recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care and support to patients recovering from surgery
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team as needed

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current state RN license or a current multistate compact license and possess an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additionally, you must have experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
