We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Service. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Texas Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Within 90 days of hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.
- One year of RN experience.
